Delivery and payment options are as under –
Terms and condition for placing an order
- To place an order for any of the handmade gifts available on our website, request you to write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once we receive an e-mail from you, we shall get back to you within 24 hours
- We shall discuss the product requested by you and help you personalise it
- Once the product is decided and design finalised, we shall send a draft design of the personalised gift
- On approval of the design, we shall provide you the cost of the product
- We shall start working on the gift, only once the cost is approved by you and 50% of the cost of the product is paid.
- Once the product is ready, we shall send you the photographs of the final product.
- The product will be delivered / shipped once the balance payment (including shipping charges, if any) is made.
Note – Any major change in the design of the product or any request for additional designs, after the product design has been approved by the customer, will be charged extra. The charges can be waived off only in special cases.
Terms and conditions for payment
- Payment can be made either by way of cash or cheque drawn in the name of “Khushboo Jobanputra” or by way of NEFT transfers.
- The final payment should include the shipping charges, if any.
